Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in a database that's encrypted at rest. We never see your content. See the privacy policy and Data & Storage.
Can I change the keyboard shortcuts?
Not yet: the global shortcuts are fixed in the current beta. The full list is in Keyboard Shortcuts.
Which computers does it run on?
Linux (Debian and Ubuntu, as a .deb, currently 0.12.17) and Windows 64-bit (0.12.17). Both are free to download from reticulos.com/download. Mac is coming next.
Something isn't working. Where do I start?
Troubleshooting covers shortcuts that don't respond, a widget that seems to have disappeared, and selection capture that does nothing. If that doesn't fix it, email support@reticulos.com.
