If you already subscribe to Pro at $8 monthly or $80 yearly, you keep that price while you stay subscribed. Ret Agent comes to Linux first, then Windows and Mac. “Soon” means built or being built, and not switched on yet. “At release” means it arrives with the official release, included in your plan (see the beta notice). Fair-use limits stop abuse, not normal use, and can be raised on request. The Founder Edition and your first Pro or Student payment are refundable in full within 30 days (see the refund policy).

What happens after I buy?
You get an email confirming it. Sign in to ReticulOS with that same address and your plan is simply there. No key to paste, nothing to lose.
How does the free Pro trial work?
The first time you sign in, you get 14 days of Pro, with no card. When they end you’re on Free: everything you saved stays, and the Pro features wait until you subscribe. It’s once per account.
How is Pro billed?
$20 monthly or $200 yearly, which is two months free. If you already subscribe at $8 monthly or $80 yearly, you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed.
Who can get the Student price?
Anyone studying with a school or university email address. Student is Pro at half price, $10 monthly or $100 yearly, with 800 Ret answers and 160 Ret Agent tasks a month, 80% of Pro’s. Pay with your school email and sign in with the same one.
Is the Founder Edition a subscription?
No. It’s a single payment. Founding backers get everything in Pro for life and never see a renewal.
Do I need Pro to use ChatGPT or Claude with it?
Connecting your AI apps is free: Claude, Cursor and other MCP apps can search your notes on any plan. Using your own model inside ReticulOS is part of Pro: your ChatGPT plan today, and your own API keys or a model on your computer soon.
When does Ret Agent arrive?
Soon, on Linux first, then Windows and Mac. It’s included in Pro, Student and the Founder Edition, with nothing extra to buy.
Does it need to be online?
Only now and then. Signing in gives the app a signed confirmation it checks by itself, so your plan keeps working offline for weeks. Your notes never need a connection.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The Founder Edition and your first Pro or Student payment are refundable in full within 30 days, and so is a yearly renewal. Write to support@reticulos.com from the address you bought with. The full terms are in the refund policy at reticulos.com/refunds.
What does fair use mean?
The limits are there to stop abuse, not normal use. If you ever need more, ask and we’ll raise it.
